BUILDERS, you have been given a $200.00 allowance to spend by Kindred Homes.      OFFICE STAFF, you have been given a $100.00 allowance to spend. Should either group exceed your budget, you will personally pay for the remainder of your order. 

Please order carefully. All items are custom orders and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Please select Austin, Dallas or San Antonio Division and Builder or Office Staff when selecting each item.
